FCT “ANNUAL CHILDREN SUMMER GOLF CAMP” 2008
Introduction
On behalf of all
partners of the FCT Golf
Development Initiative,
I would like to invite you to participate in the 1st Annual Children
Summer Golf Camp at the IBB International Golf & Country Club,
Abuja, from 24th – 31st August, 2008.
The golf camp provides
a unique opportunity
for children between
the ages of 9 and 17years to learn the basics and rudiments of
the game of golf. It also provides an enabling environment for
children to develop social relationships and has been structured
to serve as a character moulding and citizenship education program,
while first class golf tuition would be provided by our team of
UK PGA Professionals, using the very latest technologies in the
game.
IBB International Golf & Country Club is
home to Nigeria’s
most prominent golf events
and has long been regarded
as one of the finest golfing retreats in the West African Sub-region.
Against a beautiful backdrop, golf at this exquisite and pleasurable
golf facility is a wonderful experience. The par 72, 18hole championship
golf course, with its lakes and rolling countryside has always
proved challenging for the expert and exhilarating for the novice.

year’s event, children will not

camp experience, which
